Flygt’s self-cleaning, non-clogging N-pumps have innovative designs and features that deliver long lasting efficiency and the most reliable operation. This makes them the most reliable choice available for a wide range of heavy duty wastewater applications such as unshielded sewage, wastewater and sludge up to 8 percent solids concentration. Flygt N pumps can handle capacities up to 1000 l / s (16,000 gpm) with motors from 1.3 to 680 kW (1.5 to 870 hp) and pump heads up to 100 m (330 ft). Choose a hardened cast iron impeller for typical wastewater applications or the chopper version for your toughest long fiber and heavy solid applications. Hard-Iron ™ impellers are highly recommended for all applications involving sand, grit and other abrasives, as well as wastewater mixed with sea water. For special applications such as highly corrosive wastewater environments, we offer impellers in double-sided stainless steel.
