Overview
The Ruhrpumpen CRP is an ISO process pump (ISO 2858 & ISO 5199) with a single-stage overhung (OH1) design. Thanks to its back-pull-out construction, the rotor and seal can be removed without disconnecting the piping. Depending on model, the CRP delivers up to ~500 m³/h, heads up to ~215 m, pressures up to ~25 bar, and temperatures up to ~300 °C. Available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex, with options such as double mechanical seal and bearing housing cooling coil. ATEX-compliant.

The CRP line includes 33 hydraulic sizes to match your duty point precisely. Standard features include a closed impeller, horizontal end-suction, and vertical centerline discharge for thermal stability. Replaceable wear rings in casing and cover help maintain efficiency. Bearings are oil-lubricated; options include constant level oiler, grease/oil-mist lubrication, and a cooling coil for hot services. Typical applications: chemicals/petrochemicals, water treatment, mining, pulp & paper, textiles, food/pharma, automotive, tank farms/pipelines, and auxiliary services in power plants.
